What is Feltrim?

The founders of Feltrim met in 2009, both were interested in the transformative impacts the internet had on people and business's searching for property. Discussions lasted for months and the Feltrim Portal was officially launched in October 2010.

Why

The internet has changed the way people and businesses search for property on the internet and more importantly how result data is used. Intelligent Search is more dynamic and information based on the users abilities and the simplicity of the engine. Ten years ago if someone wanted to purchase a house they would walk into a real estate office, attend trade shows, read industry related magazines, and attend seminars to broaden his/her knowledge. The potential clients would engage directly with the vendors sales people who would have fed them asymmetric information from the top of their sales funnel to the bottom. Change is the sales pattern

That first conversation with the vendor is much different from one decade ago because the prospect often knows as much about the vendor’s product as the sales representative and the prospect is also much more qualified. The result of this move in internet shopping or lead generation pattern is that the internet market place is highly efficient as is the user 10 years ago and plus. it was the size of your sales force which determined your ability to increase your new business clients. The internet is completely different; no one has any direct idea as to whether you are a 1 man operation or 1000. The user’s ability is totally dynamic based on the website which he/she chooses to use.

How are we different

As a result of our research, Feltrim target’s the ability to deliver valuable information on the property (including web 2.0) and more importantly the area which help directly and indirectly with the ability to choose the sale’s decision. The ability to deliver this information is based on a modular portal which integrates both in-house software with various data driven applications. Feltrim's vision is to provide a dynamic property search engine that provides a killer and easy to use website, totally dynamic and delivering relative information to the user which allows and develop the user’s ability to make strategic decisions on the largest purchase of their respective lifetime.
